Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of blended learning in a cephalometric learning module for undergraduates. Methods: This study was designed as a pre and post test trial. Sixty undergraduates who completed didactic lectures on cephalometrics in their fourth year under graduation participated in this module after obtaining informed consent. The cephalometric learning module incorporated tracing of hard and soft tissue landmarks, performing basic analyses and using Dolphin software for cephalometric tracing and treatment plan. Pre-test and post-test scores of twenty-five MCQs on cephalometrics was obtained. Feedback was obtained from all participants in this study and analysed. Results: The mean value for the post test scores was higher (17.68) as compared to the mean value for the pre-test scores was (13.4) p<0.001 level of statistical significance. Conclusion: Blended learning increases the effectiveness of cephalometric learning by means of better student performance.
